Little Jinder- Keep on dreaming + Remixes from Starkey, Distal, Deadboy and Graham Bond

The Swedish songbird Little Jinder returns after here amazing single 'Without You' (with production from Trouble and Bass boss Drop the Lime). 'Keep on dreaming' has a distinctly post dub-step vibe combining the singers amazing voice with a bass driven pop beat.  As if this wasn't enough the track has been remixed four times to tempt the pallet of  different musical tastes across the spectrum of electronic music. Starkey offers up his dirty dubstep version full of hard hitting bass, not to everyone's taste but then not a lot of so called 'dubstep' is these days. Distal went for the other remix route creating something very different from the original, only taking a section from the vocal and using it like another instrument in his house production.  The best offerings have to come from Deadboy and Graham Bond. Deadboy places his 2step stamp on the piece with a grime style structure through his use of claps and bass line which contrasts against an addictive violin melody and sensual piano build-ups.  Finally there is Graham Bond's house remix which takes influence from a variety of genres.  After the initial build up a selection of sexy 808s are introduced not long after the tune transforms as a sampled drum break enters and is quickly joined by a jungle style bass line.  Love the way this one cuts to a raw vocal and single instrument then morphs into a different style.

Tawiah - Run (How You Feel) Yanaku & Mr No Name Remix [Radio Edit]

Love this breaks remix from Yanaku & Mr No Name of Tawiah's 'Run (How You Feel)'.  The synth sounds a bit like Chase and Status 'Take Me Away' but we'll let that slide.  Best bit of the track definitely has to be Tawiah's vocal with its uplifting sultry tones.  Keep your eye on this South London based gal!

Venture- Moments of Nostalgia

Chilled bed time music.  Off to the land of nod.  Reminds me of a peaceful summers day playing by the river as a kid.

Sipp & Steamgoat - La Voix En Rose

Floating in French space, if there is such a thing...

D.Y.P- Raconteur

Perth based D.Y.P is at it again this time with a track entitled "Raconteur".  The tune intros with sparse percussion and pauses in all the right places, but soon transforms into a pacey beat after the scat singing build-up introduces an energetic bass line and drums that fill the gaps. D.Y.P is relatively unknown this side of the pond but he's definitely one to keep an eye on in the future. If the Scatman can do it brother so can D.Y.P! (Cringe)

His 'Every Day' EP is available on beatport now!
