Toddla T- Bubbles in the dance

Get on http://www.facebook.com/toddlat for the first of a series of Toddla's Facebook exclusive mixes.  The mix opens with the tune The Streets So Warm an ode to the August riots; created a few days after the first disturbances in North London.  It also include his version of Ducksauce's Big Bad Wolf and the badness that is Mosca's Bax.

Listen to clips @  http://soundcloud.com/medschoolmusic/sets/unquote-reverberation-box/.  Sounding sick so far.

BOXCLO10 TMSV- Myth/Flow

Myth has been doing the rounds for the last year and has been one of his most in demand dubs and is sure to appease his sound cloud following.  Myth has been one of the flagship tunes for DJ Youngsta on his Rinse FM show.  The eerie Moroccan flute flows across a backdrop of sparse percussion and low frequency bass (inaudible on my laptop speakers); 5 minutes of music that will take you a million miles from your troubles and provide you with audio bliss.  On the other side there is the equally impressive track Flow.  A more scattered beat structure yet retaining the hypnotic rolling quality of Myth; paranoid releases of piano chimes, chattering bongos combined with powerful sub bass create a prime dance-floor banger.
TMSV is one of the fresh talents of new bass music; hailing from the Netherlands and relatively new to game he began working as a DnB producer, he names Burial as being an important influence in his music and you can hear this along with his DnB background express itself through his tunes.  Check out this interview from last year on knowledge magazine's website, pretty nice mix included to http://www.kmag.co.uk/editorial/blogs/dubstep/introducing-tmsv.html.

MS005 Cry Murda - JingBong Ting Ft. Ziggy Moonshine Recordings

This one comes from a duo known as JingBong: Jacky Murda and Max Powa hailing from Barcelona.  On this release we have the original with a remix on flip side from Hot; a badman ragga jungle remix that exhibits the influences of the original track combining dark bass lines with killer guitar plucked breaks.  In the original track JingBong make a lot of space allowing the vocals to create the flow, whilst breaking down with an equally spacey bass that bounces across your ears.  Gonna have to buy the vinyl if you wanna hear the whole thing, definitely leaves you wanting more.

LFR003 Sigma- All Night and Day/The Jungle (Sub Zero Remix)

Bit of random record from Sigma; All Night and Day stays true with the chilled vibe that we have seen in recent years from the duo whilst expressing an upbeat element making sure you'll get your feet moving on the dance floor.  All Night and Day follows the trend of recent releases that we have heard from Life; the tune rolls through an array of piano chords, wooden percussion and uplifting synths.  The euphoric sound of Ikay's vocals and the type of building block production dressed in sparkling synths creates something which is soft sounding but still retains the energy of a bass driven banger.  The Jungle (Sub Zero Remix) is completely different; jump up madness.  The bass takes the role of melody in this tune and is coupled with equally robust synths; the tune has so much energy its bursting at the seams.  Not one for me.  It begs the question why on earth have these tunes been put on the same record?  The two could not be further apart.  If you like one your definitely not going to like the other.  For me All Night and Day is a sick tune but it goes against logic to buy a tune if ur only going to play one side.
